Who we are

A cable brand built around the installer.

Belcable supplies own-brand cable to installers, contractors, integrators and wholesalers across electrical contracting, home and building automation, rail, marine and telecommunications.

Every range is manufactured against a published specification and checked on arrival, so the drum you open on site behaves the way the datasheet says it will. Where a project needs a construction we do not hold, we will build it.

Specification

Published, not implied

Conductor size, screening, insulation and jacket stated for every part number — so it can be checked against the drawing.

Range

Seven families

Coax through fibre, BMS through fire-rated. One supplier for most of the reel list on a mixed-services job.

Supply

Stock and schedule

Standard constructions held on the shelf; project quantities called off against an agreed programme.

Support

Answered by people

Substitutions, equivalents and cross-references handled by staff who have specified cable before.

The Belcable standard

Consistency is the whole product.

Cable is judged on site, at the moment it goes in. Our ranges are held to a fixed construction, drum length and marking convention so that the second order performs like the first — and the electrician pulling it does not have to think about us at all.

Conductor
Bare & tinned copper
Jacket options

Every range is manufactured against a published construction and verified on receipt. Nothing ships on the strength of a datasheet alone.

Quality policy
Copper & fibre ICT accessories

Everything that terminates the cable.

Belcable supplies the structured cabling accessories that finish an installation — panels, modules, connectors and enclosures — so a floor can be specified, ordered and delivered against one schedule.

  • Patch cords

    Copper & fibre

Factory-terminated and tested leads. Copper in Cat 5e, Cat 6 and Cat 6A, shielded and unshielded; fibre in LC, SC and ST, simplex and duplex, singlemode and multimode.

  • Keystone modules

    Copper

RJ45 jacks in Cat 5e, Cat 6 and Cat 6A, UTP and shielded, in tool and toolless termination. Snap into the faceplates and panels below.

  • Patch panels

    Copper & fibre

19-inch, 1U and 2U, in 24 and 48 port. Loaded or unloaded for keystone modules; fibre panels with LC, SC and ST adaptor plates.

  • Brush panels

    Cable management

1U and 2U rack panels with a brush strip, letting cable pass into the cabinet while keeping the front tidy and restricting airflow loss.

  • Faceplates & outlets

    Copper & fibre

Single and double gang, flat and angled, in one, two and four port. Shuttered apertures, labelling windows, with surface boxes and floor outlets.

  • Fibre connectors

    LC · SC · ST

LC, SC and ST in simplex and duplex, singlemode and multimode, with matching adaptors and couplers. Pre-polished field terminations and pigtails for splicing.

  • Fibre enclosures & trays

    Fibre

Rack-mount and wall-mount enclosures with splice trays, adaptor plates and cassettes, for spliced or pre-terminated builds.

  • Cabinets & racks

    Enclosures

Floor-standing and wall-mount 19-inch cabinets with glazed or vented doors, shelves, PDUs, fans and vertical cable management.

How pricing works

Priced against your quantities, not a shelf ticket.

Cable pricing moves with copper and with volume, so we quote rather than list. Three steps from specification to delivery.

01

Specify

Find the family and construction you need in the range index, or send us the cable schedule and we will identify equivalents.

02

Request a quote

Tell us drum lengths and quantities. You get a written quotation with current pricing, lead time and stock position.

03

Call off and deliver

Take it in one delivery or call off against a programme. Project quantities are held to the agreed price for the quote period.
